what to use?

Hi Everyone,
Got a quick question, I'm setting up a vertical plant wall for my senegal and trying to figure out which would be better to use for soil, organic/black earth or peat moss? There will be a thin layer of coco fiber and all covered with garden mesh so no chance of her getting into it. But just trying to figure out which would be better, which would also not get soggy/water logged?

Either will work but I always use organic soil since it's better for the plant health then just using moss only. and you can either use the mesh to cover soil with or use large rocks like river rocks to cover the soil, this method seems to look a little better then using mesh but either way does the job.
