Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of information about the specific nutritional values of the different roach species, so you can’t really make a decision that way. However, it is generally recommended that you feed as much variety as you can, and that includes different roach species. However, I wouldn’t stress about getting 10 different roach species. Just think about more than one.

Your location makes a difference too. If you are from Florida or Canada you are limited roach species.
