what kind of fruit can i use to water my crickets that have most nutrition?maybe something with lots of calcium?most i think use oranges.

romaine is good for just water, as is iceburg lettucw (but not really for nutrition)

also, oranges are good, apples, any sort or leafy veggie.

if i eat an apple or peach.. i give them the core. My main gutload isa mix of bugburger and dinofuel mixed with water then microwaved. so they get water from that. Also i provide carrots and any berries really. You just got to break them in half to expose the juices. I wouldnt give them banana peels because i believe they have pesticides on them, although if you havea veiled they will eat straight up banana.. well mine does. Its pretty sweet. I hope this helped. cheers!!

i use strawberries, oranges or apples. if i leave them in there bins for more then a day then fruit flys start a comin! i also give them kale, romaine lettuce and cabbage. ( what ever the wife buys that week at the store gets used :))

i also sprinkle everything with repashy superload and calc, i also dust the crickets and roaches in superload and calc+. my female is happy so i cant complain.

if you want to use just fruit for the water then i would use oranges, for veggies, regular ice berg lettuce soaked in a bowl of ice cold water will make it soak up even more water but it wont have any nutritional value at all.

why dont you use water crystals? cheap & easy

You really do not need a lot of fruit in your gutload. Use veggies, nuts and seeds, along with a dry gutload. If you put rinsed, veggies in your cricket bin and do not dry them off completely, your bugs will get water there. Plus, veggies have water in the leaves and they soak more up from rinsing or soaking.
