Blue bottle flies, silk worm moths, hornworm moths, stick insects, mantids, green banana roaches, phoenix worms, black soldier flies, tons of insects you just have to look them up. Captive bred snails, because wild caught have parasites, also captive bred isopods.
I would really avoid mealworms and waxworms with the exception of using them as treats. Mealworms are really high in chitin, making it difficult to digest and wax worms are basically made up of fat. Both are not very nutritious and can cause health issues if they are making up the bulk of your chams diet.
2-3 waxworms per 2 weeks for an adult. Not sure if I saw superworms recommended. They make a good addition, but can be addicting to chams. Bumblebees, minus the stinger are good too. Butterflies work, also.
