So every 2nd day I clean out my feeder containers and provide fresh gutload. Today its oranges, apples, celery, carrots, cilantro, a bit of parsely and some romaine, chard and mustard greens.

Whats in your gutload today? :D

Every time I go to the grocery store (about every 2 weeks) I get a different staple green between collards, mustards, turnip greens, endive or escarole that's the primary component of my gutload. In addition to that they get sweet potato, mango, butternut squash, carrot, or other fruits/veggies I have around. They also get cricket crack or bug burger every few days and brewers yeast or bee pollen every so often. I use water crystals for additional hydration. I think that's about it...

I just blended up my gutload & put it in icecube trays & froze it.
I used carrots,sweet potato's,red bellpepper,kale,collard greens,container of blueberries,oranges,apples,nuts,pear,zucchini,few pieces of broccoli & mixed in some spirulina.Made about 30 cubes.Hopefully this will last a few days

Tonight, some Superload and mixed fruit - strawberries, mango, pineapple, and melon. It's a sweet day! Usually it's way more veggie based, this is just what I have tonight in stock.

My load...

apple orange red lettuce kale carrots hmmm. I know I am missing something

I freeze mine on cookie sheets then defrost enough to place it in freezer bags

Wow, that is impressive!! I sometimes think our chams eat better than we do...well, at least in my house!! ;)

oranges, apples, green beans, cabage, some dandelion flowers, kale carrots. filet mignon, and repashy superload

This is great! Pretty nice to see such a diverse list of products to include in one's gutload! It took me awhile to realise how much easier and healthier it is to provide fresh ingredients in a gutload - my crickets are jumping waaaay higher and living longer, and healthier and I can see the payoff in my chams daily weight checks!

Oh wow you just toss them all in there, won't they go bad by time they eat it?

I do the frozen cube technique to extend the life, although I may just start using 2-3 items and switching up like Sandra suggested.

This week I made acouple batches of spaghetti squash, yam, red leaf lettuce, collard greens, apple and carrots.

Just today I didn't have any cubes and it was late so ill just make some cubes tmw arvo after grocery shopping, yeh I should switch up to.
