So i was just wondering now that we all see pictures of eachother, why not pictures of our rides................please no Tomfoolery either. I dont suspect any one on here to be rollin up in a Lambo to a reptile show! lol

Ill start it off, first is my work car, also helps with big loads and moving cages and racks and such. Second and third, well......... all work and no play makes Trevor a dull boy :D

LOL I'll play.

This was my car. I had spent close to 10k on mods. Including posi differential in the transmission. Light weight flywheel stage 3 clutch. Then on the motor I had intake, exhaust, headers, stage 2 cam, lightweight gears, larger throttle body, and port and polished head. This thing could hit 6500 RPMs as fast as a crotch rocket. I would eat lightly modded mustangs for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Then last November I decided to get rid of it and built this.

I do 30 miles at 30 mph on a single charge.

The battery is in the cargo pack on the back. It's a new generation Lithium called LiFePO4. They are the only stable lithiums on the market that can be used on a large scale safely. People have died in cars with reg laptop batteries. They are prone to over heating and catching fire. When they burn they burn hot enough to burn through concrete so you can't put them out.

If I used a car battery I would need 4 of them to get 48 volts and wouldn't have the amps I have. Think of amps as capacity, the more you have the farther you can go on a single charge.

I'll do the electric conversion on a car when the price of LiFePO4 batteries comes down. At the present it would take about 40 grand to put them in a car and be able to go more than 5 miles.

edit: I built this thing to handle more volts than I put to it. Right now I'm only running 48 volts, but it can handle 110. I've seen videos of people with similar setups with that much voltage. They hit in the neighborhood of 70MPH. My plans were to put that much voltage on it but then I got hit by the cham bug. I'm happy with 30 mph on a bycicle...70 seems insane!

Well, i dont have a car yet, but i do ride my pocket bike to places :rolleyes: ;)

This isnt my bike, but its the same bike, just not mine :cool:

??? SYN u need to go 'busa!! thats my next bike nothing like having so much power that u WILL get tickets!! besides, if I get anything smaller it will look like a scooter with me on it.....:eek: and even I dont wanna see that!!

Im gonna ride a bike when im older, and hopefully get my dream car.. a 1969 camaro... or a F-350 longbox, Crew cab. :D

As for a bike.. A Suzuki Hayabusa A great lookin bike, and power, and well, FUN.

No Syn-Not Busa-you have the right idea with Ninja! How can you people not think that ZX-14 is not gorgeous??? :)

I would have had that 1969 Camaro SS, to bad my moms idiot friend dropped a smoke into where the window rolled down.... burned it to the ground....:mad:


I have had several cars...even a VW Bus...:D


I bought the last truck I will ever need... my Superduty.;)

I had a VW Bus to! '71 with '76 Corvette Yellow/white paint and yellow/white interior done up like a 50s diner.....it was awesome!!
