I recently bought a blue bar ambilobe the guy thought it was a male and it's not and he ditched me so should i keep my female and buy a male and breed them or sell the female and buy a male????

Definitely your call. I would have a hard time returning any cham as those little buggers make me fall in love with them almost immediately :D

Males are the shit, sucks you got screwed like that. Breeding is hard but if you want to and can then do it. females are dull to me i like the colors, but if shes super chill keep her for a little. depends how attached you are lol

I agree I'm already in love with her and i want a male because of there colors but it's hard to let her go

Keep the female and buy a male. How can you get rid of something like that.. Aww she loves you already!! :D

You have to keep her! They are not as colorful but tons of character.

I recently bought a panther baby that was supposed to be male, well it turned out to be female. I almost sold her but then changed my mind and glad i did ;)

I also bought another male so everything turned out great ;)

Girls really aren't as dull as people make them out to be. I think people who don't have them imagine that they are solid tan or peachy all the time and that it's just plain dull. But they change colors MORE than a male does from one week to another, depending on where they are in their reproductive cycle. Mine can be black with radioactive orange when she's gravid with eggs, or almost while, or pink, or almost solid purple, or be peach with blue cheeks and circles around her lateral line... They are capable of quite a bit of change, I think.

Also, once you have a large male you'll appreciate that your girl is smaller and doesn't dig into your fingers as badly with her nails! lol
