When can I expect babies?

I purchased this female T. werneri about 6 weeks ago and she appears to be gravid. She looks like she might pop any day. Since she was WC this year, is there a particular timeframe when the females give birth or is it just seasonal? Also, are there any indicators to look for that she is ready to have the babies?
