When summer does finally arive here in sunny England ;) What precautions do I need to take when taking my veiled outside (Ill be taking him outside in his flexarium) Do I need to leave a dripper on for him etc?

Im in the uk too and this question seems a tad premature :)
It was snowing yesterday! If we get a summer like last year there wont be any sun for the little chap.

Even if it is a slightly cloudy day, there is enough sun rays shining through to benefit the chameleon than you think. I wouldn't take your cham out until it is at least 70*F outside. But you want to make sure they have a shaded area, water (ex. dripper or mister), and keep a good eye on them. Don't let them leave your sight if they are not in their cage. Even though they move slow, they are amazing escape artists. Also you don't want a bird or cat to grab them.

Yeah your right it is very cold hasn't snowed yet here in south london where abouts in England you from? Yeah I will prob be out sun baving to so I can keep an eye on him lol.

im originally from north london but now im in the west midland, Wolverhampton due to work. Bein a london lad i can tell you 2 hours up the
M1 and the temp drops more than you would think. Just interested as to where you get all your stuff for you cham? ( sorry a little off topic)

flexarium outside

If your planning to put your flexarium outside I would possibly invest in a liner (flex tray) to put on TOP of the flexarium if I were you. It rains a lot over there and your little guy might not take too kindly to getting pelted by rain all the time. A liner on top will provide some cover from the rain, protection from the elements, and increase the humidity in the enclosure a little.

Yeah i've been up the m1 many a time to great yarmouth I think it was lol. You can get cham stuff off of www.livefood.co.uk and I also get my stuff from a local reptile shop near mine Crystal Palace Reptiles http://www.crystalpalacereptiles.com/ also, I found a place today beaver world http://www.beaverwaterworld.com/. Yeah i'm getting a flextray prob next week sometime although in the summer it does usually get quite warm here temps reaching around 30c sometimes a bit higher if were lucky! Btw beaver world I wouldn't recomend really because I went there today and there was 2 chameleons in the same enclosure which i'm about to post a thread about so check that if you can!

because you guys don't have the greatest summers, I'd make sure your indoor setup is up to par, as well as your outdoor, so that way moving him in and out is as simple as picking him up or the plant that he is on, up

I wouldn't recommend doing this. That would significantly lower the amount of UVB your chameleon would be getting outside. Almost pointless having it outdoors if it's not getting the proper UVB that it should be getting.

I'd recommend to bring the chameleon inside when the temperature or weather doesn't cooperate.
