Where are your bugs?

I had a delivery today, so currently I have:

Butterworms in the fridge, next to the cheese, in the door
Two tubs of hornworms in the fridge by the beer (2 days in, 2 days out, I'm told will slow them down, bloody things are already almost a foot long)
A tub of phoenix worms on the other side of the cheese
Silkworms in foil lasagne trays with lids (holes poked in the plastic lids) in the 'reptile supplies' cupboard in the kitchen that also has light housings, old bug pots, deli pots, feeding tongs, dried food that doesn't need to be refrigerated and supplements)
Silk moths and cocoons in another foil tray with a lid in the same cupboard
Dubias in a large Rubbermaid tub on the top of the fridge where there is a weird tiny cupboard that the hoover and mops also live in, it's very warm up there, but hopefully not too warm, they seem to like it anyway.
Waxworm cocoons in a tub on the kitchen counter, extracted from the fridge (yes, by the cheese), hopefully they will hatch soon
Two silkworms and one hornworm are in the belly of my Rankins dragon, one HUGE hornworm was on my daughter's leg this morning because I'm a horrible annoying mummy

Other feeders are collard greens and kale in the fridge for the tortoises and for decorating my dragons vivarium with, and 22 incredibly cute frozen baby rats in the freezer for the snake. As well as Repashy Crested Gecko Diet (the new one, so excited!!!).

There's probably some human food somewhere too.

Our bugs are in a very boring alcove next to Teal'cs house.

P.s. don't tell my landlord that there's a roach loose in the living room somewhere! ;)

We usually run out of human food by Friday but there's always bug food and bugs for Teal'c and the baby geckos.

They all eat better than we do!

Haha, I love this post. We have Dubias breeding in the garage, Silk worm eggs in the beer frig in the garage, silk worm eggs in our guest room hoping they will hatch at some point, crickets in the kitchen next to the frig, meal worms and wax worms in the door of the frig next to the condiments and a screen cage in the guest room with about 35 hornworm cocoons and two hornworm moths.......and all this is for one little spoiled Jackson who hates us. :D

Wow you guys get off easy. If David ever found a worm, bug food or anything related in our kitchen, I think my life would end at thatvery moment.
All of my feeders like crickets, dubia and superworms are downstairs. Anything related to my chams that needs a frig goes into the small frig for my chams. That frig lives in the laundry room. All the dry goods, supplements, dried silkworm chow, etc lives in Lenny's walk in closet. That spoiled Cham can have a walk in closet before David will have any Cham stuff near him. I even have a microwave for heating water, mashing chow, anything related to by babies. The microwave is also banished to the laundry room.
I can have chams in Lenny's bathroom, but that is usually temp arrangements.

Heaven forbid a guest ever see Cham stuff. We have a guest once every other month!!

Well currently I have a dubia colony, crickets that I intend to breed, and superworms. But I plan to start breeding garden snails if I do end up getting a Jackson's, hornworms, silkworms, and butterworms. :D

EDIT: Oh haha I just realized the thread said WHERE are your bugs... Lol well I have my dubias in the basement, and crickets and superworms in the cabinet under Yoshi's cage.

Hornworm discovered on a placemat in the kitchen this morning. Invertebrates officially banished to the basement. I've been told to go and buy a drinks fridge. This blows!

I have a wine refrigerator that stays at 50F all the time.
Great temp to keep worms, meds, etc., not too cold, just right.

Sometimes I even have room in it to put some wine!!

I keep mine in the Chameleon room, with only butterworms in the fridge and pinkies in the freezer. I am going to banish the bugs to the balcony, though, where it's much warmer.

All my worms and wet gutload reside in my outside fridge, next to my Dubia roach tub. If any bug steps foot in the house without being fed me mother would throw me and Oliver out the front door along with all my bugs ;)

Hope environmental health don't come to inspect your kitchen. Lol

The bugs are cleaner than the cheese!

But the Mental Health Inspector for Hubbles has inspected and discovered hornworms loose, so I have to put all invertebrates in the basement... Think it was me shoving shagging silkworms in his face that brought him to the edge, then runaway hornworms tipped him over :(

When I have time I care for teenagers and am subjected to an unannounced visit once a year. Think I had better check my fridge or perhaps UNDER it!

Well here we go....

Butterworms in the fridge, silkworm eggs in the other fridge along with all the veggies and mullberry chow.
I have 2 big tubs of green banana roaches in my front room breeding away! Tub of crickets in the front room,
And in the bedroom were zuggie now is i have black silkworms, fruit beetle grubs which have started cocooning!!
Big tub of locust, a big tub of superworms, silkworm eggs which hopefully hatch soon !! :)
