Hey guys,

Im looking for around a 5 foot tall live ficus tree to use for a free range. Does anyone know any good sites i would be able to get one from?

Either a ficus or any other bush like plant that is on the safe plants list.

Thanks everyone:D

Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and stores similar to them. I got mine at a place called Milagers by where I live.

thanks trillian, i will give craigslist a try.

if that doesnt go well then im just gunna have to keep hunting.

i noticed that LLL reptile has medium sized ones. does anyone know the growth rate for these. If i start from a three footer how long will it take to grow a couple feet?

Mine hasn't grown that much since I got it two months ago, so they grow very slow in my opinion.

Well craigslist was a hit. theres a couple in my area that im going to try to get. they get kind of pricy tho. but theres one i found thats 5 feet in a big ceramic pot for 40 bucks. does this price seem fair?

I got 2 four footers at Lowes about a month or two ago, only paid $25 each. I also went to a local nursery (Pettiti's in Strongsville, OH) and picked up 2 two footers for $9 each.
Seems these trees are somewhat hard to find in Northeast Ohio though. Arizona & Florida have tons of them, and I think most come from nurseries in FL.
