Where does this thing go?

I have a few Reptariums that I am using while I save the money to buy tons of Alum Cages. When I got them I just threw them together and moved on... but I noticed there is a part I can't figure out what to do with. Reptarium comes with: The Poles, The Corners, The Screen... and What the hell are those little plastic pieces for that look like they snap onto the poles, and are a few inches long? I just haven't been using them.. but if there is an awesome function that these things serve I would love to know it. Thanks Guys...

They're to attach the screen to the poles. IMO they aren't totally necessary but give that clean streched screen look to the cage.

THanks Matt... Still a little confused. Do they go on the inside??? I'm trying to picture it... Are you saying after the screen is on this goes over the screen and clamps to the pole? Or is there some kind of flap I missed on the inside to attach this too?
