Where should I put KP?

So, those who have been on here the past few weeks have seen I have been on this forum nonstop asking questions. And guess what, I still have more. This one in regards of where I have KP locates. He’s currently in my living room, his enclosure is set up right beside my tv Infront of the couch and our lovesac is right beside his enclosure about 5 foot, my girlfriend usually occupies that. It’s a High traffic area Due to the fact I am currently not working so I’m always here and my girlfriend comes in and out all the time. We also have an 8 month old curious cat that likes to watch, he doesn’t attack he just looks at KP and his feeders. But I’m worried that could change when he starts getting bigger. So should I move KP’s enclosure into my bedroom, so I can keep him more secluded during the day and away from the cat? Let me know what ya’ll think! Thanks

I have 2 cats that are pretty laid back. Before my baby panther died I would come home sometimes and one of the cats would be on top of the enclosure looking at the Cham. I'm finding a different spot next time. I never would have thought my cats would get up there, don't trust them!

Exactly why I moved KP into the bedroom lol it’s better to be safe then sorry plus I bet he’ll appreciate not having a pair of feline eyes looking at him like he’s a snack. I know I do haha

Excellent idea. Just don’t forget to keep the bedroom door shut. I have seen many cat attacks here on the forums and sometime the cat will tear into the cage to get the chameleon.

haha trust me, I have learned to acquire a checklist before I leave the house with my reptiles. I now Make sure my snakes cage is secure (he's gotten out before and it was a bitch and a half trying to find him, girlfriend was pissed when she came home and there was flour EVERYWHERE lol) make sure to Close my crested gecko tank, cause I leave her enclosure open for her to have fresh air sometimes and I DEFINITELY close the bedroom door anyways cause our cat is an ass and loves to knock anything thats sitting on top of the counter off. Now KP is top priority.
