Making your own gut load out of easy to find ingredients is always better.
For mine, I blend up butternut squash, dandelion leaves, collard greens, carrots, and orange, and freeze it in an ice cube tray. You can get about a month out of a tray of it - if you put in a new cube every other day.
I also make dry gutload in a coffee / spice grinder. I use oats, sesame seeds, and dried kelp. One bag of oats will make you enough dry stuff for a few months. Try and keep this dry if you make it though - because the seeds and kelp have oil in it that adds moisture to the mix.
Either will do. There is some extra color enhancer in the raptor edition, but I don't think you would notice a difference with your cham. They are both great products and have very good ingredients. I use the regular one and sprinkle it on some greens for my feeders.
