Which One?

Hi i joined this forum as i'm going to get into collecting chameleons as a new group as i already have geckos and colubrids. I want a smaller cham to start with i was wondering which one should i choose a Chamaeleo ellioti a Side Striped Chemeleon (Chamaeleo rudis) or a Von Hohnels Chameleon (Chamaeleo hoehnelii).

Any input will be much appreciated the enclosure is about 1.5ft(W) x 1.5ft(D) x 3ft(H)

If you want a small chameleon that is beautiful go with a carpet.
Furcifer lateralis
As a first time chameleon owner I would get a male.
The females of this species are more beautiful, but require more work.

A Rudis chameleon is:Chamaeleo Trioceros rudis

Also a good option might be:Chamaeleo Trioceros jacksonii merumontanus
Mt. Meru or Dwarf Jacksons

Unfortunately i live in the UK and so there are a few species which are hard to come by if at all, if anyone knows any good breeders in the UK for small chams it would be very helpful

I love the Hoe's.
Great temperment,unique,live birth and some can be housed together.
