Which supplements do you use for your chameleon?

I'd recommend putting a tree or plant by the screen door for him to hand out on. Climbing on the screen can pull out their nails and that can cause an infection. What kind of UVB light do you have the strip light or coil? How big is the enclosure? How many plants? If you could post a photo of the enclosure that would be helpful. Normally, the 5.0 is all you need.

-24"x24"x48" reptibreeze screen cage
-Zoo med dual dome light with cfl (coil) 5.0 tropical uvb and 100 watt daytime blue uva for the upper basking area over the tree
-12" Zilla dome with 150w black bulb for the lower basking area (vines on the left)
-All artificial plants/tree
-exoterra dripper plant
He normally likes to hang out on top of the tree during the daytime, so he gets plenty of the uva/uvb. It's his favorite spot to pick off the crickets that climb up the cage. He sleeps vertically on the vine to the left with his head about 10-12" under the 150w black light. I made it so he can get direct light or move lower/off to the sides of either spot to get less light while basking. So he basically gets to choose how much heat he's looking for at any given time day and night.
Daytime
Nighttime (usually completely dark but turned on side lamp so you can see him)

I would add a lot more branches/ vines for him to roam around. There isnt much in there. I switched to dusting with repashy calcium + a few years ago and its been working quite well.

No need for a light at night unless your house gets below 55 he will be fine. Never heard of that uvb but Most on here use reptisun 5 or arcadia t5\t8 tubes.

A ficus tree would really fill out your cage nicely. I have one and my veiled loves it. They provide lots of cover and branches for him to get around with. I got mine at walmart for 20 dollars.

It's the reptisun 5.0 tropical uvb. (Cfl = compact fluorescent). I'll add some more cross branches from the back to the front. The problem that I'm having is attaching branches to a screen. I used 20lb test fishing line for the branches on the upper left. I guess I could try using that on the sides to secure the branches in place. I saw a photo somewhere on here where a guy had rubber bands with little tiny hooks on the ends to secure his cross branches, but I can't find them anywhere online. Any other ideas for securing branches or where I can buy these rubber bands with little hooks?

I use small zip ties to attach my stuff.

I'm not sure how big your branches are but I've seen people use thumbtacks in the ends of the branches and through the screen, corn on the cob style. That does put pressure on the screen though. Dragonstrand sells these cool ledges on their site that allow you to hang all kinds of heavy things.

I don't think they would work on the fine mesh screen that I have. The holes are just large enough for fishing line. Those rubber bands with micro hooks would be ideal, but I can probably make finishing line work.

To use the zip ties you would have to try and stretch the holes out, that may or may not work. People have also used hot glue but that makes it hard to move stuff around.

I use plant twist ties to secure branches to screen and zip ties on larger branches

The dragon ledges are really awesome. Just checked out their site. They are actually designed for my reptibreeze cage too. I will definitely go that route if I can't make my fishing line work. Thanks for the recommendation, as I had no idea that they existed.

If I were you, I would get rid of the wood chips. Your chameleon could accidentally eat them, which could cause impaction and death.
