Earlier today in the morning I saw that my adult female veiled chameleon was kinda whitish, what does this mean?

I dont have a picture of her from this morning but this is what she looks like right now, her head is still kind of whitish or grayish though

This is the enclosure. The plants unfortunately died and i am getting new ones tomorrow.

That is probably why it was a stressful environment with minimal places to hide.

Yea i’m positive thats the case because she also doesn’t really move around the cage much either like she normally does and i think that’s because she doesn’t feel safe without hiding places

Also when you get your new plants you should definitely remove the fake plant/plants.

What is your lighting?

I have a 60W heat bulb i believe and a regular uvb, but i am buying a t5 ho hood, i also dont have the basking light turned on all the time because it gets pretty hot in my room since it’s the summer

It’s 16” x 16” x 30”

you should definitely get a 2'/2'/4' immediately because that is definitely causing some of the stress, did you buy the chameleon kit?
