colour ( dont know why the pictures has multiplied)

If you're concerned about the white SCALES around his mouth, essentially his lips, don't be. I do, however, see some white speckling on his head and possibly on his front left foot. It's possible he's beginning to shed, or it could be something abnormal. If you can get some close ups of the trouble spots, we may be able to give you a more definitive answer.

Your husbandry looks very good! If you post a pic of the cage as well, we can also rule out anything that might be happening there.

will try and get more photos of the head the spots on the head almost look like the scales around his mouth, they look very dry and 'scaley' compared to his body and that one on his leg is not there now so not a clue what that was

Might bring your basking temp up he might be that dark trying to warm up. His basking temp could be as high as 90's, 32c.

Is that better?

Hes only that dark in the mornings so maybe hes just a bit cold in the nights, ive moved the basking spot about an inch higher and seems to be hiting those mid nineties now, can any one recomend the best way drain the bottom of the viv? Everytime.the dripper runs its like a lake t the bottom?

A lot of folks drill a hole in the bottom, and attach a balk head and hose then drain it into a bucket. you can also buy a drain pan for those I believe.
