Hi all,
I wanted as much feedback as I can get on this so I am not sure if this is the correct way to post. My veiled chameleon is almost a year old (Yay!) And for the first time I am seeing a protrusion from his rear end for the past couple of days. See images attached. I don't know what it is and I don't want to mess with it since it's my first time dealing with this situation.
I read that I have to keep the area moist. Since my chameleon hates anything wet (seriously he doesn't even like bubbles), he will not be happy with me putting him in a bowl of water, as I've seen suggested.
I have a vet appointment scheduled coming up in 3 days (the earliest availability) do you have any suggestions of what I can do in the meantime?
Thank you in advance for any and all suggestions/advice.
