Why...gaping

She's been doing this for a hr an a half I misted her and I turned off heat bulb thinking she was hot but she still doing it I don't see any signs of teeth problems or sgedding

What is the ambient temp in the room? If it is in the 70's then that is normal temp.... If too hot then gapping can occur to try to cool down.

However this is also a sign of a respiratory infection.
 
Can you post a couple of photos so I can see all of your chameleon closer?

How old is it?

One suggestion I have for you is to replace all the fake plants with non toxic real plants that have been well washed, both sides of the leaves. It helps with humidity and also veiled chameleons (especially females) will eat leaves and if she ingests a fake leaf you will end up with a chameleon that has an impaction.
 
More information like asked above, will definitely be able to help since there are many reasons why a chameleon might be gaping.
