Why is he/she doing this

I have noticed that this little fellows throat will sometimes turn red,it stays almost a light shade of red.this morning it was getting ready to shoot for a cricket and the throat turned bright red.here is the best picture I could get.

I'm not 100 % sure but if he is a panther that may be apart of his aggressive or flared up colors. I've seen other panthers with that red throat. Don't quote me just what I think it could be. And if that's the case nothing to worry about

Ok,I just didn't know if it was due to stress or illness,the chams is only 4 weeks old,and I guess he thinks he is tough!!

Red throat coloring is normal in panther babies.

My chams throat is red. I dont think it has to do with aggressiveness it just happens to be red.. His throat/belly turn reddish also when he's basking instead of just black

Got it,he don't seem to be stressed.maybe a little shy but not stressed.
