Why is my chameleon screen climbing?

My 7 month old male panther chameleon has been screen climbing all day! I know it's not abnormal for them to do this but he is screen climbing all day. He is on the screen ceiling right now and he goes up there when he wakes up and he's up there when he goes to bed. Once his lights turn off he walks on to a branch for the night.

My i have a pic of his cage. And i have a tree that he climbs on

Hi there could be a number of reasons. You have had your husbandry reviewed yes ? Looks like good plant cover do you have a full picture of your enclosure

Like @Gingero, you can always add more branches to your enclosure.

However, I have found that in my experience, my cham gets very active and starts to screen climb when something is incorrect--primarily lighting. How far away is your uvb from the basking branch. What is your basking spot temperature. If uvb is too low, he will climb up to get more uvb--and likewise if the temperature is too low. Chameleons really shouldn't be moving around a whole lot if you have successfully created paradise.
