Somehow she reminds me of this.

That almost sounds like her “hiss”, it’s funny becuase the moment I open the cage she jets to the back and hide in the foliage. She’s usually “friendly” but she has a clutch of eggs so she’s a little feisty at the moment. Still waiting on her eggs

That IS awesome! My cham only just started eating from my hand and I've had him for about 6 months. Today he was mad at me because I didn't leave his space fast enough after giving him a hornworm.

Y'all, I got nothin on this one. I was all the way across the room when he got fired up. Only thing I can figure is he was sulking because he tried to snatch up a roach and knocked him off the branch and down to the leaf litter. I'm sure he blames me.

Ha, I had a good day. No attitude from the gal today!! Actually hung out on my hand today with no fuss. Must of known I had some crickets for her!!!

Yesterday evening, Bodhi came to the front of his cage and put both hands on it like he wanted to come to me. When I opened the door he gaped at me and ran back in the plants to hide.

The other day I let him climb on a small tree in my front yard. He was thoroughly enjoying this experience climbing all over the branches, when suddenly an odd looking snake appears from below! He immediately puffs, gapes, hisses, and headbutts the dangerous predator using every mechanism of defense at his disposal commencing a 10 minute battle to the death that traveled all over the entirety of the tree. Eventually he paralyzed the snake in fear of his massive gular and gaping scary mouth full of razor blades (like people in Harry Potter being petrified). He was able to climb down the snake to the safety of my outstretched arm.

The voracious snake turned out to be the stick I was using to get him down out of the tree.

My guy is actually pretty indifferent of me being around, more like he looks down on me as if I'm a lesser being. Not a fan of being held though.

He does wait in the morning for me to come out and feed him near his feeder hatch that I rigged up.

Same, except Pablo jumped off the tree at the sight of the snake getting closer.... fortunately i caught him.

Kenshō is still holding a grudge from yesterday when I took him out of his enclosure to rearrange it and my desk.

In his defense, it was close to his bedtime, has an upcoming shed, and it was the first time he “explored“ outside his enclosure.

I’d be pissed too...
