Why my cham do this?

Hi,i was just investigating my chams enclosure,and somethign caught my eye in his plants pot...A BIG WHITE FUZZY THING!I dont kno what it is,does anyone know?

As for the gnats, dry potting soil is the trick. In the interim, try placing a bowl of water with sugar in it right outside the enclosure. They like to drowned themselves.
