i know this is gross.. keep it moist it gonna fall out, just in case, what is the husbandry condition? can be a lack of hydratation, humidity or vitamin A imbalance

It was grossing me out so I sprayed it with warm water for a few mins then pulled it out with zoo med wooden tweezer/tongs.. Had to pull hard but he looked super relieved and so was I. Thanks guys.

cool small tip : if you spray him with warm water make yourself sure the water is no really warmer than your chameleon so a bit bit bit more than room temperature (its a question of contrast and contrats is bad with water and chameleon)
