ChamEO's first workshop is coming up - April 3rd! - 4pm to 7pm
We are excited to be holding our first chameleon workshop funded by our grant from Petco Foundation. Here's what we have in store:
Dr. Attila Molnar will be here for two hours to examine and treat chameleons. You are welcome to bring your chameleons but we ask that you let us know how many you will be bringing. Also important, if you believe there are any health issues Dr. Molnar should be aware of please email me ahead of time so I can give him plenty of notice of what to expect and so that we can be sure to have the proper medications available. Medications are free and Dr. Molnar is donating his time to this workshop.
Whether or not you're bringing a chameleon in for examination, please bring fresh fecal samples from your chameleons so you can check for parasites under the microscope. We will have people here to show you how.
There will be a couple of How-To demonstrations in the first part of our workshop. We are hoping to have Ryan from Tiki Tiki Reptiles here selling chameleons, supplies, etc.
Products donated by Zoo Med Laboratories are here for those who need them. We also have samples of Miner-all Outdoor Formula and Cricket Crack available. And if all goes well, we will have free crickets, superworms and dubia roaches to offer workshop attendees.
