• Your Chameleon – Blue Barr Panther Chameleon, Male, about 5 months, in my care for about 1.5 months.
• Handling – Every day, He runs around a lot, so I like to check up on him. Plus he enjoys getting out of his cage.
• Feeding – mostly crickets, as many as he can eat in 5 minutes (usually 20), 6 repti worms a day, I had him eating 2 hornworms a day but I ran out! Tried roaches but he didn’t like them, he used to eat Dubia roaches with the person who I got him from, but they are illegal in Florida. He gets fed around mid day (by 3p), hes usually still basking in the florida sun until then. Crickets are fed with carrots, green and red peppers, apples, oranges (1x every 2 weeks), zucchini (1x a month), and leaf lettuce (1x a month). Mostly get carrots, but I rotate eberything else.
• Supplements – Every feeding I dust with calcium with no D3, and once a month with D3.
• Watering – I have a dripper that goes for most of the day, from waking until 9pm. I mist him 3x a day, until he starts drinking, usually takes 2 minutes, and then I mist the rest of the leaves. Hes drinks everytime I mist.
• Fecal Description – Solid, with a small part yellow, maybe 15%. Has not yet been tested.
• History – N/A

Cage Info:
• Cage Type – Screen, about 1 foot off the floor, about 2.5ft wide, 5 feet tall, and 2.5 feet long.
• Lighting – 5.0UVB light, about 2 months old, 75watt heat lamp, the cage has a lot of plants in it, that take up room so I want to make sure he has a nice range of temprs.
• Temperature – I have a little thermometer that I use to measure it. Top of cage is about 85-87 degrees, bottom is about 73-75. I leave my window open for a lot of the day, so he ignores his heat light, and just sits in the sun. I drop the temp down to about 70 at night.
• Humidity – 50-70%, I mist, it’s a bigger cage so its harder to keep humid, but I mist certain spots with hotter water to keep it up.
• Plants – 1 Ficus and 1 Schleffera, and a few fake vines, and fake leaves
• Placement – By the window in my room, next to AC but the air flow does not go near him (hes to the side, and it blows forward).
• Location – Central Florida

Current Problem – Hes been acting weird recently, whenever he sheds he runs around like crazy which is why it takes him less than 12 hours to shed, but after he usually runs around to the middle/bottom of his cage, so I have to move the light to make sure the UV is getting to him. My main concern is his eating, whenever he eats, he just hold the cricket in his mouth, with it slightly open, and just holds it their for about 20 seconds. He still eats fine but I don’t want him to get injured from it.
He has also shot his tongue at my hand a couple times, i think that may have been due to him being hungry and me hand feeding him.

No it's his feeder cage. :) I plop him in there and he eats and then he comes out and runs around my room when he's done.

You didn't mention multivitamin. Do you give him that?
My cham holds the cricket in his mouth sometimes! That's fine!
When they shed they move around a lot, that's normal, they want to get rid if that skin.
Have you ever thought about cup feeding him?

I couldn't find a multivitamin at any pet store. Do you know the name of one specifically?
I've tried. He has no interest. My other cham doesnt mind. But he likes to run.around and catch his own food.
