So tonight when I got home I noticed Levi has started a shed on his head. I He was in his favorite sleeping spot but he was awake so i thought I would offer him some water from the spray bottle he drinks from. He looked like he was interested for a minute then he all of a sudden lunged for me and NOT in an aggressive way. So I put my hand out and he climbed up my arm and on my back. I finally got him back into his cage and he climbed to the top. He is acting VERY strange and I was wondering if anyone had any insight! Thanks
Anything is appreciated.

since all of mine do this every day, it seems like normal behavior to me!. Maybe he is feeling a little itchy, so the warm water felt good. No matter what people tell me, I really believe my chams at least recognize me, even if its just for food, water and free range, maybe in his on cham way, he was looking for your "comfort", because he is feeling his shed.

go ahead, I can take the slammin I know is coming from this statement!!!

Thanks iNK. I needed that!! It never hurts to be overly worried. I just find it so odd that he wanted to come out because I NEVER get him out. He is very flighty and not stable usually when i get him out and he doesnt hold on good. He never has had a good grip on me. I am hoping that he will be back to normal tomorrow!

Its funny you say that cause Levi wont take a silkworm from my moms hand but when I offer him the same silkworm in the same spot he takes it no problem. I definatly think that they recognize thier "parents".

Well he is tucked away in a corner, sound asleep. So I am hoping that he is goin to be fine tomorrow! If not I will be making a trip unexpectadly to the vet on Friday!!
