My chameleon is turning very light gray colors and is pacing back and forth. I have been feeding her and giving her the proper lighting. Please help me

I miss her 2 times a day for 2 minutes each time, twice a day.

I recommend adding a dripper just to make sure he/she is drinking the right amount.

I think she may need to lay some eggs. I strongly suggest you make one up and put it in her enclosure today. Just get a good sized bin at least 12”x12”, fill to about 6” deep with play sand moist enough to hold a tunnel without collapsing. She will find it when ready to lay. Once she enters and starts digging, cover the visible parts of her enclosure and give her absolute privacy. Laying takes about 1-2 days and she may sleep in her tunnel. When she’s back in her usual spot and her holes are covered, she’s done.

She just got darker and I am starting to get worried do you recommend taking her to the vet?

Vets are always a good option, it is a female and she looks like she might need to lay.

I can only tell you to go by your gut instinct. If you are worried and feel she needs to be seen by a vet, make the appointment. There is no substitute for veterinary care or peace of mind.

What I recommend: Increase misting sessions, Contact a vet, get a laying bin, allow her to be alone for a while.
