Would a female show these colors??

Hello all,

I am patiently waiting to be able to 100% confirm the sex of my little panther chameleon. So I used to think I could see a bulge, however I am now not seeing it. But colors are now starting to come in and I am wondering if a female would show these types of colors? Below are the latest photos I have of the base of the tail and of my little guy (or girl) showing colors. I see greens, yellows and oranges/red. This is a yellow body blue bar ambilobe panther chameleon, a little over 4 months old.
