I was wondering if this is normal or is something wrong.she is very healthy and eats great.but for some reason she has never laid a clutch of eggs.any input would b greatly appreciated

It's usually a good thing! The less a female lays eggs the less strain it will put on her body and the longer she could end up living. Especially if she's primarily a pet.

That being said, does she have access to a laying bin in her cage in case she ever does need to? The first time can always be tricky to spot, especially if maybe you've never had females before. Especially if they have a low number of eggs she may not get as bloated as a female carrying 50 eggs, for example. So telling by physical condition alone might be harder. Additionally, keep good records of her weight. Weigh her once a week if you can and write it down, so you can track when she seems to be gaining a lot of weight quickly vs. when she is holding fairly stable.

And of course, you can always share photos with us if you're ever in doubt and we'll see if she looks gravid or not.

She has always had a laying bin full of playsand.I'm new. To the breeding process but that's y I bought her.what should her normal weight b on a day to day basis? I would love to put pictures of all my chams on here but can't figure.out how to do it.

Weight can vary a lot from female to female, I know my female is almost 2 and is very small compared to other females I have seen from other members. If you can weigh her with a gram scale you'll figure out what her normal weight is very quickly.

As far as photos, you'll have to either attach them when you create a thread of go to "Go advanced" reply, or you'll have to upload them to a hosting site like imageshack.us or photobucket and copy the url here. You'll paste the url where you click on the little mountain photo icon where you edit font color, boldness, etc.

ditto what Olimpia said.

But FYI I have had panther females that never produced eggs until I was ready for them to breed (well after they were a year old)
you can influence egg production (or lack of production) through food and temperature.
