I use ficus benjamina, which is what many people use. There are MANY different species of ficus. I have no idea which version you have, but in general the thing you have to watch out for on ficus, is the white sap, which bleeds out from broken branches, leaves, ect. This could cause irritation to your cham's eyes. Also caution should be used with any cham that would eat the plant.

Thats a ficus? It looks so...fragile.. So the center is all the cham can climb on? Im assuming the branches arent sturdy enough.. Wow, I was expecting something more..robust?

here's a ficus (does it looked like yours?):

the ficus he has is still small.
wait till it grow big.
Ficus can grow like this:

Yea I always thought they were bushier.. I just dont see how that can support cham weight..maybe a small veiled.. But my big butted Leo would snap that!

(is the trunk of that ahnd crafted or do they really grow all ornate like that? Silly q maybe but they all seem to have that..very neat)

yep, i have a veiled, he is only 9 weeks, so still small.

his viv is not that tall, will change it as he gets bigger, so couldny get a bigger plant.

havent put it in yet as wanted to see what every one thought of the plant, so will get it washed & put in tomorrow, if he cant clime on it then i'll remove it

thanks again danni x
