YL Parson's coloring up and new enclosure

He's been eating a lot this past month. Getting tons of outside time and is active as can be. Growing so fast, not sure how long this enclosure will hold him. It's a dragonstrand with a 2 foot substrate bin/stand and a long plastic bin for drainage that I have a pump in and tubing that leads out the window.

Been spending any free time I had these past few weeks on this enclosure's layout, so I was excited to post the finished product(for the most part). My once concern is hoping he doesnt eat any of the sphagnum moss. I think he could pass it, but I'd still rather him not. I haven't seen him eat any soil and anytime they accidentally grab a leaf or debris with an insect they spit it out so I'm not too worried about it, but going to keep an eye out.

James

Nice sub adult male Yellow Lip and enclosure. Jame you are aware that he may turn into a monster of a chameleon? That larger size Dragon Strand enclosure may be to small for your Yellow Lip Parsonii male when he becomes an adult.

Best Regards

Today for the first time I saw him do a territorial display with his mouth open. Just missed it on camera. Man are their jaws huge and have some sharp little teeth in there!

Oh wow, great to see such nice pics of him, he’s handsome, loving the viv and all the plants, all he needs now is an equally impressive name!!!

Wow, those chams are the absolute coolest, like some kind of dragon. I love the diversity between chameleon species. They are all so different and so special in their own way.

Dude, I told you. Allan. Like "The Allan Parsons Project." It's totally clever. I'd use it when I get my Parsons, but my son is already named Allan. Think about it man! LOL
