I only feed mine the crickets during the day so they can bask and digest them properly 10 you're using calcium with or with out d3 when you dust? The bump does look like mbd that's how mine started the vet recommended crushed oyster shell to use everyday as calcium the you use the d3 watch him very closely if he falls take his things out and put them lower for him to climb on

I do watch him closely and ive stopped handling him do I don't worsen whatever it is. The pet store didnt recommend vitamin supplement until he was older, but if whatever he has gets worse then ill ask around more. Does this mean I should be dusting crickets every day? Will it help if it is MBD?

How cold does it get at night? Usually you dont need a heat lamp unless it gets pretty cold

My house doesn't have any heating/cooling system so its almost always the same (hotter in the day time, cooler at night) From what I know, his habitat doesn't get cold, but he sleeps farthest away from the heat lamp.

MBD is not a genetic issue, but one from poor supplementation and not enough USB or natural sunlight. If you follow a good regiment of dusting well gut-loaded feeders along with the proper lighting needs you can avoid MBD. Are you misting the Enclosure? What type of lights are you using?

The humidity is constantly around 65-75 (At night it will drop down to 55-60 but there wont be any water on the leaves) And the temp reader, in the middle, almost always reads 75-80.

I feed him two week old crickets dusted with zoo-med repti calcium.

I use a 75W exo terra basking bulb and a 26W exo terra reptile UVB, hand chosen by a store assistant

I mist thoroughly every 1-2 hours excluding the time im asleep, and yes I have the heat lamp on at night but not the day light

No lights at night. It will disrupt sleep and can lead to health issues.

too much d3 can be very bad for a cham so I would say get calcium with out as soon as you can!

Okay so, I should have calcium with and without D3 supplement. Keep in mind, he is a growing baby, so that plays factor. From what I gather I should be feeding him dusted calcium crickets once a week, and dusted calcium with d3 twice a week?

Sorry, I did read this earlier, but have been cruising lots of threads and did not remember this.

dust crickets WITHOUT d3 every day, WITH d3 2 times a month and a multivitamin 2 times a month unless your multivitamin and d3 are together

Dusted crickets WITHOUT d3 everyday
Calcium WITH d3 2 times a week remember baby chams things should be on point or as close as you can they're more valuable to mbd vs. adult

No, calcium with no D3 every feeding, calcium w/D3 once every two weeks, multivitamin once every two weeks. Just lightly dusted, not covered with supplement.

it should be 2 times a month and same with the multivitamin. your baby needs vitamins, we give vitamins to kids to help them grow right?

This is wrong. Calcium w/ D3 once every two weeks is the accepted norm for a veiled.
