Your montane dusting technique?

How do you guys dust your montane species? As in, how much of the cricket do you cover, how many crickets you dust in one sitting? If you could tell me all your ways with each supplement, calcium, d3, multivitamin. Let me know, thanks.

I've always done it the same as I do for veileds...dust the insects with a phos. free calcium powder not heavily enough to make them look like ghosts at most feedings, twice a month lightly with a phos. free calcium/D3 powder and twice a month lightly with a vitamin powder that contains a beta carotene (prOformed) source of vitamin A.
