First, yes, gravid and pregnant are the same.
Second, perfect name for such a pretty green cham :)
Third, she she definitely shouldn't be pregnant. I don't own veiled chams, so I could be wrong, but she won't be mature enough to breed/lay eggs until shes about a year old.
Fourth, she seems pretty skinny :/. What do u feed her? Supplements?

I feed her gut loaded large crickets and sometimes mealworms. i gutload my crickets with broccoli, carrots and parsley. i'm gonna get some other stuff for her like roaches and stuff. and i think she was sucking in her body a bit to. cause she was resting on my hand lol. oh and suppliments are like d3 and calciam powder.

She looks like she has MBD too poor girl :( broccoli is not a good gutload, from what I've read it can block the absorption of calcium. What are your supplements/ schedule. What are her basking temps and do you have a UVB bulb for her? I'd get her some natural sunlight and make an appointment to the vet to get those deformed legs checked out.

ok cool. She might be able to move from mealworms to superworms. I give my panthers superworms since they are fatty and cheap. Feed her daily or every other day depending on her preferences. Good luck with her and enjoy! Keep comin back with any questions!

i noticed her legs are kinda a weird shape. i thought it was normal. i will get a vet appointment. and what MBD?

Since she's six months old this is the time to cut back on feeding to about 4x's a week and lower her basking temps down to about 80. This is is supposed to help stop her from making a clutch or reducing the size of her clutch. She doesn't look gravid though IMO but always have a laying bin in her cage just to be safe. JannB has a great blog on egg laying and laying bins, I'm on my phone now so I can't link it to you but hopefully someone will post it.

Metabolic Bone Disease. The bones get misshapen, which is obviously quite painful and makes it difficult for a cham to hold onto branches. This is a very simplified description though, I'm no expert.

Name the types of lights you're using in your cage. As was said before, broccoli isn't a good gutload, but lighting seems to be the most common issue relating to MBD.

Metabolic bone disease. I would not feed her at 8pm. This is about the time she should be going to bed. She needs to be fed in the morning so she will be able to digest her food. By the way, collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion leaves, and butternut squash are great gutloading items and you should go get some tomorrow or really soon.

There uvb and i make sure she has sunlight. i keep the blinds open all day and night. and her feet just seem to have some kinds of bulg on the ankle.

If you can, then get Calciworms (also known as Phoenix worms. They are black soldier fly larvae and the flies are good food too). You need a lot of Calcium, these have it naturally. Your Cham will love them, too.

She won't be able to get any UVB rays from the sun through glass. Get her a 5.0 reptisun UVB bulb. In the mean time before you can get the bulb, take her outdoors as long as weather permits ( not to hot like above 90 since she's a female) so she can sun bathe.

MBD can be treated, it cannot be reversed though so all damage that is done is permanent. But she can still live a great life. Does she fall a lot?

Nope, only once when i first got her, i think its because she was getting used to her new cage and it was taller then her other one. plus the main reason is because she was in a funny pisition and grabbed her own leg. i try to get she foot off her other foot when it does happen though.

Is mbd treatable?

The advert I read for Calciworms makes the extraordinary claim that they can sometimes be a 'miracle cure' - but I guess you would need to catch it very early. Vet knows best, so get to a vet and see if it is mbd, and maybe a calcium injection too.

That's also a sign of MBD, when they constantly grab their own limbs. Please get her to a vet soon so you can stop it from getting worse. Where are you located? Someone near you can recommend a good vet.
