    Senegal Rescue/Weird orange growths

Looks like the nearest place listed on ARAV is Rochester, which is two hours one way. They also don't list that they've got an actual Herpetologist, is it some kind of dying profession or something? Can't seem to find one anywhere. As of tonight, it's still alive and I got it to drink...

    Senegal Rescue/Weird orange growths

My girlfriend works at the local pet store and they sell WC Senegals. A shipment came in today with this poor bastard on board. The manager said we could take it home, seeing as I'm the only individual in the area who has any idea how to take care of chameleons. Any ideas as to what those...

    Jackson's Shedding/Urate Questions

Thank you so much for your timely replies! I feel so bad for him, he's acting so grumpy. Puffing up and wiggling around, I just really got concerned with the urate thing, seeing as all of his other behavior was normal. He is also positioned close enough to the screen top to stick his horns...

    Jackson's Shedding/Urate Questions

Hey everyone, My sub-adult male Jackson's is going through his first shed in my care. His behavior seems normal, albeit a little restless, so I've been keeping a pretty close eye on him. I've increased misting frequencies and was gently petting him last night on the side that he was...

    Friendliest Species of Chameleon?

My female veiled is exactly as OP described. However, I just got a male jacksons and he is as sweet as could be! I, too, have never heard of a mean jacksons, so I would advise the beginner to start out there.
