hello I have been hand misting my two month old panther Cham and it just isn't increasing the humidity. I am looking to buy a zoomed reptile fogger will that increase the humidity quick?(it has been sitting @ 24% and even tho I have only owned a Cham for 4 days I know that 24% is NOT good)...

Actually this morning when I was setting up his lights and stuff I noticed that he was starting to get white like he was about to shed could that be the reason why he isn't eating? I read that chams sometimes don't eat right before they shed.
