I use digital probe thermometers tied to her limbs and I have a temp gun.

I will lower the wattage of bulb. Its only 80 if she is directly under the bulb at the tip top of her plant. It stays really cold in our house so she has a really good gradient. I will lower the watt though just to make sure.
