    Custom Cages?

Well, I have a good while before any chameleon I will get has to have a large custom cage, so thats not a problem (I have a medium aluminum cage for when babies/or juvies). Neither is sealing or refinishing the wood. I do that quite often with the household furniture. Thanks! Mark

    Custom Cages?

Id love to see some photos of your custom cages! I am thinking about building one because I like the wood look better than the aluminum. If there is any drawbacks from using a custom enclosure over an aluminum one, Id love to know what they are. Also, does anyone have any plans or links...

    Dual cage

Thats a monster cage! What are you keeping in it? Could you get photos? Maybe of you and 50 of your closest friends having a party in it or something? Haha. Mark

    Some shots from today

I have the D90. Its great. As is the D70s. You cant get a much better macro than the Niknon 105 2.8. I will be getting the Sigma 150mm 2.8 soon. Hope to get some photos up of a friends veiled up with it, not that its completely necessary for pictures. Great looking chams! Mark

    Some shots from today

Mmmm. Nikon 105 Micro. Yummy lens. It would really help boost the colors of the chams if you didnt use the flash. Using the flash makes the colors look drab. These, however, still look good even with it so I can imagine without the flash. If you use the flash, wrapping a pice of paper...

Rudis would do good, I believe. I had three in that size cage while young. The fared well. Mark

    Watering system? (and short Introduction!)

Im sorry. I just finished cleaning the cichlid tank and posting a thread on a fish forum I'm also on. I meant cage, accidentally put aquarium because thats what I use on the forum I just got off of. So (fixed in my original post), sorry about that. I, too, used a screened in aluminum frame...

    Watering system? (and short Introduction!)

Ive never seen the mistking. I do have experience with the dripper though. How do you keep the water from piling up on the bottom of the cage? What I did was I put large bowl on the bottom (not high, maybe only 2 or 3" high, but wide) and sat a potted plant in it. Then I dripped the water...

    Watering system? (and short Introduction!)

Im new to the forum. My name is Mark. I dont have a chameleon at the moment, but I have previously owned 4 rudis and 1 veiled. I am looking into getting a panther, most likely ambilobe. Any other questions, feel free to ask. So on to the question. I have read about people having...
