I've read past threads on here and it seems to be a general consensus that the kind of sneezing noise they make is a noise of disdain if they don't like something. My four month old ambilobe has made this noise since I've gotten him. It's not all the time, but every other day or so I'll randomly...
I've seen several users on here talk about how affectionate their chams are. Some even coming up to the glass and scratching when they enter the room. I've had my baby ambi for just shy of a month, and he's been pretty independent. Only really acknowledging me when it came to feeding time! Which...
I'm 99% sure that's an eastern tent caterpillar!
I used to find them ALL over the place when I lived in South Carolina/Arkansas. Edibility, I'm not so sure on. I'm with you on the hairy things being a defensive trait, but I've handled 100s of them and never felt a prick.
I have an ambilobe just short of 4 months old. The petsmart and petco here in Denver have the sketchiest insect set ups that I've ever seen. I bough a pack of 30 from them and gave them bug burger and flukers cricket quencher, and over night 25 of them died.
I've seen people on here say...
I've been looking for owners in Colorado for months! And there are three on this page! My panther absolutely hates going outside. Even on a his outside plants he hates it. I've had him about 3 weeks now and anytime he goes outside its like an instant black. So no more outside for him!
The kiss of death one is amazing! When I read the title I was like... What in the world could that be? Definitely an awesome moment captured :) Gorgeous cham too! Ozzy looks like a very fitting name! :D
I felt exactly the same! This morning when i woke up my male ambi had just a couple dry spots on his spine. I went back a couple hours later and he'd exploded! Good to know I'm not alone :) She's a gorgeous little girl!
Harry has the time turner for traveling at least to the past! And the sword of Godric Gryffindor! Not arguing that Link would destroy him. Just saying :)
This is perfect timing. I JUST busted out my N64 on Wednesday and have been tearing Ocarina of Time up! Spirit temple in like three days, haha.
Needless to say I'm slightly biased. But I'd put my money on Link every time. Harry's got magic, but he's really an amateur when it comes down to it...
Ah! I meant to include that. I'm definitely monitoring his food intake since he's only 3 months old. So I'm adding one feeder at a time in a cup to make sure he's eating his recommended 10-15 a day. I've got newspaper underneath right now that I'm changing every other day. As far as the dripper...
I live in Colorado, and it's pretty much a desert as far as humidity goes. I'm already looking into auto misters for once school starts, but as of now I'm just hand misting every hour and change. At an average I lose about 10% humidity every 15 minutes. So I was looking at stuff to help retain...
I actually had to deal with this today. I live in colorado and to say it's dry as a desert would be an understatement. I think the general rule of thumb is to try and keep it above 60%. So now I'm considering getting a mist king for when I can't hand mist it :(
Correct me if I'm wrong!
