ya I still have the little container he was shipped in. says 12/2 - 12/9.
sorry I need to get my dates right. but that still puts him at about 3 1/2 months old. He is a boy from Acie at Kameleons.
he might be a little older then the date. he still rocks some nice colors non the less
hey guys, so my boy osky started to shed today and completed in record time. about 2-3 hours. afterwards I placed him on a free range branch I have while I cleaned his cage out. I snapped a couple of pictures of him at the highest point of the branch.

i agree, just stop the cup feeding and let them free range. he should pick up soon the idea of hunting them down. I like to free range my feeders as it keeps them active in their cage. But to each their own. everyone prefers different.
In the wild just remember they can go a couple days...

while we are kind of on the end of this conversation/topic, how often should dubais be fed to chameleons? I have a nice gutload recipe I got offline, but if I could my chams like 1 Dubai a day that would be great I think for the variety.

there probably should be a laying bin in their now as I've heard of females laying eggs as early as 6 months old.
I hear potting soil is ok, but it must NOT have any pesticide stuff in it. I've heard of people using a mixture of sand and potting...

yea, that does look very cool. but I agree with some others, i'd try and get some fake stuff to put around it. But the idea is great and it looks good. would look great with some foliage
