Hello everyone. So i kinda rescued my chamm from a friend whose brother just abandoned it. I was told she was 6 months when i rescued her and i have had her for about 3months now making her approx 9months? Is their any way to get an accurate age for her? Can any1 estimate her age?
So yet again i gave her 2 fairly small/ medium hornworms nd the mouth is open again? I came to the conclusion that shes just weird.. She seems super heathy and remains super active..

so I finally added an egg laying bin to my chameleons enclosure and used plain play sand? is it okae just to use sand and how do I maintain it? do I have to keep it moist by misting it or should I just leave it alone? this is my first chameleon so just curious? I also finally added my umbrella...
I have those bowls under the pots to catch the water and their is no standing water in the bowls.. I do mix a little bit of perlite into the soil to help with drainage.. But i do mist the bottom of the plants a little extra when i mist my chamms cage which probably moistens the poop now thinking...
Thanks for the feedback you guys.. I will definantly b going to homedepo and getting some supplies to fixx this problem.. Also all i have is live plants in my enclosure and my chamm loves them plus they look amazing. :)
Lol sorry its a hard habbit to break.. Theirs no standing water in my enclosure.. But really cocofibers and rocks? Seems legit but wont the cocofibers give the bugs a nesting ground? I tries wood chips b4 nd they got moldy nd really yucky?
