I vote Neosporin (no pain relief, just plain ointment) for now.. if it's an open wound, your priority should be limiting infection. If it gets worse or doesn't heal in the next couple weeks, take him in! Our vet said chameleons are notoriously slow healers, so it may take some time to see any...

I believe our chams should be getting calcium without D3 daily, calcium with D3 once a month & a herp multivite once a month.. seems like your current dust schedule is a little light. Are you gut loading the insects & what types do you use as feeders?
