Could've been a scab or damaged scale from a insect bite (unlikely) or if he hit something in his enclosure hard enough. Really hard to guess the cause. I would put a tiny amount of neosporin on the wound to help keep it clean and prevent infection. If it doesnt start healing or gets worse, consult a vet.

I vote Neosporin (no pain relief, just plain ointment) for now.. if it's an open wound, your priority should be limiting infection. If it gets worse or doesn't heal in the next couple weeks, take him in! Our vet said chameleons are notoriously slow healers, so it may take some time to see any results.

Thanks, i checked the med, but i think its not available in my country (Hungary). Is there alternative for this?

Its not growing, but he cant shed this part.
Should i go to the vet with this?
He is very active, no feeding problems, or anything.
Looks like an old scar..If it doesnt look infected , it should be ok.
Next time when you getting a fecal test with the vet , u can show it to them.as far as my concern , it just an old scar with the mark.
