Most here would recommend using a long, tube UVB light. Those are the best way to go.
This is a great setup, and also includes a 6.5K bulb which will help your live plants if you get any in the future. It will also light your cage up more, and your cham will thank you. ;) You can call Todd...
I'd recommend leaving the light off at night.
Also, you still need to use a basking bulb since those lights won't get the desired hot spot that your cham needs.
As others have said, you'd be better off getting a 24x24x48 screen cage. Your cham needs a heat lamp as well as UVB lighting (long tube bulbs), and those cannot be mounted inside the cage, as you cham could get burned.
Also, chams like to be up high. Having an enclose on the floor like that...
Keep in mind that your cham may never be receptive of you.
I have an almost 1 year old male veiled, and he hates my guts no matter how much I try working with him. Anytime I go near him he either headbutts my hand repeatedly or tries tearing my fingers off. :):(
Order this and thank me later. Also has the plant bulb in the fixture. Much better quality than the Reptisuns/Reptiglows. Gives off more UV and lasts a year instead of the 6 months like the others.

I'd probably capture it first and let it run around your bathroom for a few days while you get the cage all set up.
But you shouldn't listen to me. Listen to the others. ;)
Same setup I just got.
You really have to see these lights (and fixtures) in person to appreciate them. They make the Reptisuns, etc seem so cheap and inferior.
You owe it to your chams. ;)
Nice start, but you have tons of space you could/should use up.
Add branches/wooden dowels horizontally throughout the cage, especially higher up. Even some vertical branches going from the floor to the top.
Kylie, fill this out as best as you can.
