I don’t know much about the Miners All but I think you need a multivitamin twice monthly along with that. If it’s the compact bulb, look into getting the liner fluorescent bulb.
Agree with @Thehippie. Is that linear bulb your UVB? And what strength bulb is it? I would place it more down the middle of the enclosure so your equally flooding the cage with UVB.
I would set your basking branch around 5” from the screen top then, but look into getting a T5. Adjust your heat lamp accordingly so your getting the correct temps at the basking branch and there’s no possibility of burning your cham.
It looks like you have a compact bulb for your UVB. If so, you’ll want to invest in a T5 HO linear bulb. The compact bulb is no good. In the Miner All without D3?If so, are you supplementing D3? I would mist less times for longer durations.
What strength is the UVB bulb? This chart will help you you figure out how far your basking branches will need to be depending. Check the temperatures at your new basking spot. It you don’t have anything to check with, just use your hand. It should be warm but not burning.
Looks pretty good from the picture. What do you have in the bottom of the enclosure? And do you have a branch for basking under that heat lamp? I would fill out this form (as much as you can since you don’t have a cham yet) to check everything.

Try to fill out the form when you can. I can see a few issues with your lighting and you definitely need more branches particularly higher up for basking and getting UVB.
I would fill out this form. It will help the community better evaluate your setup.

I’m sure there are quality breeders that attend some reptile shows, but in most cases you’re probably not going to know much about the background of the chameleon if it’s just a guy with a table and some chameleons.
And fill out the health form please:

As noted above, I would scrap the vines. Nothing too concerning noted, but I didn’t see anything about the UVB you are using. Please advise. He should be eating more so make sure you are offering. Consider moving him to a less trafficked area where he won’t see the dogs. Also, you’ll need a...
