YES, totally..only good for ied say 1000 and under (ive had maybe a lil more and less, but it does definatly start to get crazy when you have thousand(s)!! :eek:..i also suggest just doing it outside (they always replace themselfs in a good breeding set up, lol)

it should work fine, considering the plants are shade loving (plants in general just like alot of lumens, 2 would be the ticket, but it may still work).
and basically everybulb (linear tube style) all have a "k" or "kelvin" rating..the 6500k is pretty much a vegative\flowering spectrum its...
i clean my crickets out once a week, and change eggcrates out, i also toss in a bushell of fresh rosemary, i dont have any bad smells coming from mine anymore..

i have used bug burger for hornworms and silk worms, but they dont seem to munch it as fast as the plain mullberry that is used for horns and silkies..although i use it mixed together (its hard to make a perfect consistancy) they still eat it all, just slower..not sure what the benifets would be...
I use hornworms, silkworms, crickets, dubia roaches, and the occasional superworm and wax worm if any ever.
here is what i use to feed in the free ranges, it minimalizes escapes of feeder insects..I call it the "sunny-d-death-trap"..

i have free ranged ALL of my chams from day one..they did great..yes they will explore every so often..what i can reccomend is using some plastic walls twice the length of the cham t create a "no pass" barrier along the bottom sides of the small table you are using..eventually your cham will...

I personally only use the mecury vapor bulbs (ie. powersun uvb) for free ranging, and very very large cages (walk in size) other wise everyone uses the same thing thats proven to work.
(1) one linear uvb bulb 5.0 tube style
(1) one 40 to 60 watt standard house bulb (40 watt or 60 watt...
The mistings are pretty quick, not enough to cause standing water, and dry out just fine, but i do want to make a drainage system so i can give them "showers"..
as for feeding, every 2 days i fill thier cups with dusted crickets and hand feed them a hornworm everyday. they seem to have...
It is very rare , and will require constant supervision. its never reccomended. and i dont personally reccomend it.
