I make these, and you can always make a smaller or larger version to suit different sixed feeders. i also still use the standard cups as well, just with a few very small holes drilled in the bottoms so they dont build up water from the mist king.

chams are very picky..(like little kids) kinda doubt this, but what color worms are you using, and what size..it could possibly affect them..
my chams have always gone crazey for them..(just placed another order with rob at greatlakeshornworms :) )
I use bug burger all the time, it works great, put 2 parts water 1 part bug burger and heat it up in the microwave to a boil, stir then refridgerate..once its cooled its like a burger patty, give spoonfulls to insects plus whatever other gutloading you use (fresh and dry) ..i think its a great...
what are the feeding times, how much..and waht temperatures are you keeping her at? that can make a huge difference in the time they produce a batch and want to drop it off..
ie. cooler temps, low calcium, and less food will take them much longer to produce a viable clutch that triggers digging.
I free range and have numurous basking sites plus mass amounts of foliage. It can never be big enough to be totally honest.I have alot of time to spend with them and if i see them "pestering" eachother ( im very used to thier actions, body language and coloring that i can "hear" what they are...
ended up putting it in the back yard, it got waaay to huge and i didnt want to "trim" it to fit, so i bought two different smaller plants (paradise palm, and another ficus benjamina)

not sure how to set it, but i think most people have been using a separate timer because the timer on the unit goes out, and eventually just keeps spraying (and it pretty much sprays compared to misting like mistking, or aqua zamp) was there no way for them to special order a mistking for you...
those are sooo awesome!! i cant find anymore exotic mantids here in california (they have always been illegal to keep, but only recently, within the last few years, been enforcing it.) my last mantids were an violin mantid, and some diabolica (devils flower mantids).
