    Drinking tips

And I've tried fruit before but never worked with him. Plus with the misting on a timer and fruit bowl just fills with water I've stuck pieces on branches but he's never touched them

    Drinking tips

Anybody have tips on setting up their dropper in a good location? Mine is opposite side of the heat lamp dripping onto a pothos leaf. Is it better on the hot side of the cage?

    Drinking tips

Looking for some tips to get my veiled to drink more. He is a year old, he is drinking a little but his unrate looks slightly dehydrated. I have a misting system runs 2-3 minutes 5 times a day. Also have a dripper set up opposite side of his heat lamp. Any tips?

    Indoor tree

Hey I’m looking for a good indoor tree so my guy can come out of his cage and hang. He always wants to get out but I have nowhere for him to go. Any suggestions? Would have to be something that required low level light. Thanks

My chameleon trying to shoot his tongue and hungry

Chameleons live outside in Hawaii. Yours even was wild caught. If someone else’s died it was because they didn’t know how to take care of it. These are not beginner pets and you should spread that word in your community. They are difficult creatures to care for.

My chameleon trying to shoot his tongue and hungry

You need more than just calcium dusting. You need both calcium with D3 and without D3. You also need to get a multivitamin for dusting. Do some research. Misting once a day is not enough also. Especially if you have no stripper set up for him to drink. Not shooting his tongue and weak claws...

    Tips on my tank setup.

That’s better but be careful with having vines close to the lights. They will burn themselves without realizing. Try getting long branches/sticks and running them straight across about 10 inches from the top of the cage

    Mites inside enclosure

There are little tiny red bugs I’m guessing are mites that I see on the plants and branches in my enclosure. I’ve never noticed any on my chameleon. Wondering what I should do. Dismantling all of my plants and branches would be a massive project

Yea the blue LEDs come with the light fixture. So I chose to use them.

Partial clear solid partial screened enclosure

No the blue lights are LEDs that come on right after the lights shut off. They stay on for about 20 minutes. It’s suppose to create a moonlight affect to make it more realistic for your reptile to go to sleep. I don’t think it makes any difference really but they look nice when they come on at night

Thank you I got it from Dragonstand.com and no the stand is just garage shelving I put together. The dishes at the bottom aren’t staying there I just have hornworms in there right now waiting for them to turn into moths

Partial clear solid partial screened enclosure

I was thinking more because of moisture/drainage. Easy for mold to grow in substrate. Bacteria also grows much easier.
